Japanese students clean classrooms on their own

Have you cleaned your classroom after school on your own?
You can ask this question to Japanese people. They will answer "Yes. Haven't you?"

In Japan, most schools have cleaning period after school.
It is for about half an hour. Each group cleans various areas on a daily or weekly shift.
They clean their own classrooms, toilet rooms, halls, gym, even faculty room!
Students sweep and wipe the floors, dust, vaccum and so on.

If you feel Japan is a clean and organised county, it may be because Japanese people spend
lots of times cleaning from their young age.

  1. Hi! I'm reaching out about 2 photos of yours in this article. I'm currently working on a video essay about Japan's independent kids and how they are taught to become so and I'd be really interested to use 2 of your photos. They have great suggestive value. I would naturally credit you and your blog and offer a direct link back here in the vid description (the video will be on YouTube and will be used for non-commercial purposes, so I won't benefit monetarily from it).
Please let me know if this is possible! Have a good day!

  3. Working out at home has the advantage of not having hundreds of people come in and out every day. However, just because your home gym isn't used by a lot of people doesn't mean you can get away with not cleaning your equipment. Using disinfectant wipes before and after using any equipment in your home gym is a simple way to keep it clean. This will guarantee that as many bacteria as possible are eliminated. Wipe down dumbbells, yoga mats, barbells, jump ropes, and any other equipment you use. Making this a habit can help you stay clean.

  4. A cleaning expense is an oddball charge for cleaning the space you stay in and is set by the Host. It's an additional a sum on top of the daily rate when you book a posting. This charge covers the additional costs Hosts bring about while preparing their place for visitors to show up or after they leave. airbnb cleaning service austin

  5. Hi, I am writing to ask if it would be possible to use the top photo (students cleaning the floor in the classroom) for the national Japanese oral exam in Ireland from 2024. The Japanese oral exam is taken by approximately 300 people nationwide. Examination materials are distributed on the State Examinations Commission website.
    Kind regards,
